You and your family will have access to LYRA an industry leading platform that provides comprehensive support and a myriad of resources to help support your physical mental financial and social :A continuous focus on professional development with many opportunities for training & career Focused: We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the youll doSupport U.S. compensation analysis and design including job evaluation job architecture and market pricing across corporate nonunion and bluecollar core compensation programs including annual merit cycles incentive plans (STIP/PEP) and offcycle compensation the annual Compensation Cycle through forecasting system administration enduser training communications and ongoing support for the Compensation job evaluations and market analytics to ensure internal equity external competitiveness and alignment with compensation offcycle compensation requests by analyzing market data internal equity and financial impacts ensuring compliance with salary structures and governance and present clear datadriven compensation recommendations and market insights to HR leaders and senior leadership to support hiring retention and workforce planning in and analyze U.S. compensation surveys translating external market data into actionable to pay transparency and pay equity initiatives ensuring compliance with U.S. compensation legislation and evolving regulatory standard and adhoc compensation reports cost models and forecasts to support executive guidance to HR partners and leaders on job leveling market positioning and compensation policy the development and documentation of compensation policies processes and governance in compensation projects and other initiatives as you bringBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.3-5 years of dedicated U.S. compensation experience within a large complex experience with job evaluation methodologies job architecture and external market experience supporting multiple nonunion employee groups including bluecollar and skilled labor populations as well as corporate working knowledge of U.S. compensation principles pay equity pay transparency and regulatory analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into clear actionable insights for Excel skills; experience with HRIS and compensation systems (Dayforce experience is an asset).Strong verbal and written communication skills including comfort presenting compensation analysis to senior attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data Compensation Professional (CCP) designation completed or in progress is strongly preferred or demonstrated intent to pursue a compensation/total rewards Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job expected annual salary range for this role is $65000 - $80000 a note the compensation information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills experience and qualifications geographical location as well as market and business considerations.
