- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs; develop content manuals job aids and e-learning modules to enhance employee capabilities.
- Manage supervise and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys post-training assessments and key performance metrics.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve training quality and enhance employee learning experiences.
- Communicate and organize activities to promote corporate culture strengthen engagement and enhance overall employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration Education & Training or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and talent development.
- Experienced in designing training programs and applying modern learning methodologies (e.g. e-learning blended learning).
- Capable of developing strategies planning and implementing large-scale corporate training programs.
- Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
