REQUIREMENTS:
Lead and improve administrative and operational systems
Oversee organisational calendars HR admin and core processes
Ensure efficient facilities management and maintenance
Support finance operations (budget tracking procurement vendors)
Strengthening communication and coordination across teams
Provide logistical support for organisational events
Maintain compliance documentation policies and records
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
Strong experience in operations administration or organisational systems
A proactive can-do solutions-driven personality
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High integrity humility and emotional maturity
A willingness to embrace technology and improve processes
