Job Opportunity: Account Manager Alliance Partners
Position Overview
Ctrack is looking for a high-performing Alliance Partner Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic partner ecosystem. The core of this role is to manage and scale relationships with Alliance partners to drive customer excellence maximize retention and achieve aggressive sales revenue growth. You wont just be selling; youll be empowering our partners to dominate the market using Ctracks solution stack.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Growth & Revenue Generation
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed business targets by appointing motivating and managing a network of Alliance partners.
- Stack Selling: Implement Ctracks stack selling methodology ensuring partners introduce additional solutions into their existing customer bases.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline with precisioninteracting weekly with partners to accelerate deal closures and ensure data accuracy in CRM.
- Partner Onboarding: Identify appoint and onboard new Alliance partners to ensure a consistent flow of new business.
2. Relationship & Partner Management
- Enablement: Train partner sales representatives on the Ctrack solution offering and value proposition.
- Performance Management: Monitor partner performance and implement growth strategies for non-performing accounts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact ensuring seamless collaboration between Ctrack internal teams and external partners.
3. Retention & Customer Satisfaction
- Zero-Churn Culture: Proactively manage preventable churn within partner customer bases.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular strategic reviews to assess performance address concerns and identify expansion opportunities.
- CSI Excellence: Maintain a Customer Service Index (CSI) score above the 90% threshold.
Requirements & Competencies:
Technical & Behavioral Skills
- Sales Expertise: Mastery of the full sales cycle from prospecting and value-based selling to closing complex deals.
- Negotiation: Expert ability to handle objections and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to build long-term account plans.
- Resilience: High level of motivation and the ability to persist through setbacks to achieve targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven track record in sales or account management (experience in channel/partner management is highly preferred).
- Systems: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and extensive experience with CRM software for pipeline and report management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
