What youll be doing

Youll be right in the engine room of our finance team:

• Maintain and update supplier and financial records (accuracy is everything)
• Support audit preparation (internal & external)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and processes
• Work with tools like Excel Outlook and Sage/Great Plains
• Communicate financial info clearly across teams (yes even to non-finance people)

What were looking for

This role is perfect if you are:

• Studying or recently completed an Accounting degree/diploma
• Comfortable with Excel Outlook (non-negotiable)
• Detail-obsessed and love things being 100% correct
• A problem-solver who doesnt wait to be told what to do
• Able to explain numbers in a way people actually understand

Bonus points if you have:

• 2 year experience in finance/admin
• Exposure to Sage or Great Plains
