An established technology organisation is seeking an experienced CyberSecurity Business Development Manager to join their highperforming team.
This is a hybrid role combining remote work with occasional office days and client site visits.

Hybrid working model (Midrandbased) with periodic travel to client sites
Minimum 4 years CyberSecurity & Cloud sales/business development experience
Strong technical and commercial understanding of CyberSecurity and Microsoft Azure solutions
Role Purpose:
Drive new client acquisition and expand the organisations CyberSecurity and Cloud portfolio
Build a scalable repeatable client acquisition strategy
Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Minimum Requirements:
4 years experience in CyberSecurity and Cloud sales/business development
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
Proven track record in selling Microsoft Azure / Sentinelaligned services
Key Performance Areas:
1. Identifying New Business Opportunities
Analyse ideal client profiles based on profitability and growth potential
Manage and optimise Client Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Evaluate and prioritise new business opportunities
2. Acquiring New Clients
Maintain and grow a strong network of CyberSecurity partners
Engage with prospective clients to understand business and collaboration needs
Select acquisition methods aligned with CAC and market trends
Manage and track Client Lifetime Value (CLV)
3. PostAcquisition Management
Collaborate with Account Managers PreSales and crossfunctional teams
Provide accurate highquality information to internal stakeholders
4. External Relationship Building
Represent the organisation as a trusted CyberSecurity partner
Respond to external information requests
Attend industry events conferences and networking engagements
5. SelfManagement & Organisational Contribution
Set and track personal development goals
Demonstrate professionalism and cultural awareness
Share best practices and participate in onsite learning initiatives
