Premier Business Development Manager
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Business Development Manager.
In this role you will:
- Business Development Manager for our Premier Offshore market to achieve acquisition objectives
- Responsible for but not limited to self-sourcing of new customers managing and growing relationships for acquisition and referrals of new customers for offshore banking platform
- Achieve agreed financial expectations on qualified client growth for HSBC Premier clients
- Expand external network to maximize client growth opportunities
- Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and proper conduct
- Ensure full compliance to onboarding guidelines and regulatory requirements including KYC account opening and tools; end to end processes until warm hand over to RM
- Support customers with needs-based banking solutions to meet customers short- and long-term financial banking needs getting customers to be digital ready
- Drive clients wealth and digital readiness with tight engagements to encourage early funding and Internet/Mobile Banking registration
To be successful yoiu will need:
- Bachelors Degree holder with relevant experience or equivalent experience in a retail banking environment
- Driven with proven track record in sales related industry. Experience in financial related industry will be an added advantage
- Experience in engaging high net worth and/or international clients
- Strong sales orientation networking and prospecting skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
