We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Business Development Manager.

In this role you will:

• Business Development Manager for our Premier Offshore market to achieve acquisition objectives
• Responsible for but not limited to self-sourcing of new customers managing and growing relationships for acquisition and referrals of new customers for offshore banking platform
• Achieve agreed financial expectations on qualified client growth for HSBC Premier clients
• Expand external network to maximize client growth opportunities
• Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and proper conduct
• Ensure full compliance to onboarding guidelines and regulatory requirements including KYC account opening and tools; end to end processes until warm hand over to RM
• Support customers with needs-based banking solutions to meet customers short- and long-term financial banking needs getting customers to be digital ready
• Drive clients wealth and digital readiness with tight engagements to encourage early funding and Internet/Mobile Banking registration

To be successful yoiu will need:

• Bachelors Degree holder with relevant experience or equivalent experience in a retail banking environment
• Driven with proven track record in sales related industry. Experience in financial related industry will be an added advantage
• Experience in engaging high net worth and/or international clients
• Strong sales orientation networking and prospecting skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
