Job Summary

Introduction

As Ask & Emblas CRM Marketing Coordinator you will support the execution of customer engagement and retention initiatives. You will assist in managing customer data helping launch campaigns and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the CRM function. This role focuses on execution accuracy and learning best practices in CRM and lifecycle marketing.

What Youll Do

Customer Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the review of customer behavior purchase trends and engagement data. Assist in preparing reports and highlighting basic insights for the team.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in setting up launching and monitoring email and SMS campaigns. Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.

Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Help build and maintain customer segments based on predefined criteria. Support personalization efforts by ensuring correct audience targeting.

CRM System Management: Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system. Perform routine checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Process Optimization: Follow existing CRM workflows and support improvements as guided by senior team members.

System Integration & Automation: Assist in ensuring CRM tools and marketing platforms are working together smoothly for campaign execution.

User Training & Support: Provide basic support to team members using CRM tools and escalate issues when needed.

Customer Feedback & Insights: Help collect and organize customer feedback from campaigns surveys and other channels.

Compliance & Data Security: Handle customer data responsibly and follow established data privacy and compliance guidelines.

Who You Are

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing CRM or a related field is a plus but not required
  • Basic familiarity with email or SMS marketing tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with data with strong attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
  • Clear communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Willing to learn and grow within CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant coursework internships or projects in marketing business or related fields
