Job Description

Material Availability Coordinator

As a Material Availability Coordinator you are responsible for end-to-end execution of operational supply chain activities within a field region. You ensure timely delivery issue resolution and continuous operational improvement.

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments (priority and emergency)
• Follow up on service orders delivery notes and shipment status
• Handle ticket disturbance and operational escalations
• Resolve stock order and shipment issues
• Coordinate with internal teams warehouses forwarders and customers
• Perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring
• Support reporting (EMO fill rate performance tracking)
• Participate in operational meetings and stakeholder alignment (lead).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Working in SAP

Education

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Engineering or Business Administration or relevant experience in similar roles. 37 years of experience in supply chain logistics or operations. Experience in a high-paced customer-facing environment is preferred.

Personal skills

• SAP ERP knowledge / experience is a big preference
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Structured proactive and detail-oriented With SAP knowledge is preference

• This is a 12-month contract

• This is a 3rd party headcount where incumbents payroll will be managed by a recruitment agency
