Job Summary
The Customer Service Personnel will be responsible for attending to customers promoting and selling products and ensuring a positive in-store experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive customer-focused and able to maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information
2. Promote and sell products effectively to meet sales targets.
3. Process transactions using POS systems.
4. Package purchased items neatly and promptly.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
6. Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1. 1–2 years of relevant experience (competence is key).
2. Basic computer literacy (ability to use POS systems).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Sales and persuasion skills.
5. Attention to detail and organizational ability.
6. Honest reliable and punctual
