For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting tools (Story Reports Canvas Table Reports).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS reporting.
Experience delivering at least three end-to-end reporting implementations.
Strong understanding of HR data models and SuccessFactors modules.
Ability to translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (optional)
Availability for a hybrid work model 1 time a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit).
