Hills Marketing Specialist

Were looking for an enthusiastic highly organised detail-oriented and pro-active Marketing Specialist to join our Benelux team located in Breda and we hope thats you!

What youll do

As Marketing Specialist you work closely with our colleagues across the full Benelux commercial team at the office and in the field with a focus on the professional veterinary channel. You are responsible for marketing operations & flawless execution as our administrative and logistical backbone for our commercial tools and educational programs for our professional partners. Besides managing the day-to-day operations you will be involved in new developments in close collaboration with our Online Acceleration Centre (OAC) in the UK.

Digital Systems Mastery

• Digital Veterinary Engagement (DVE) Tools: Serve as the expert user and administrator for our digital tools for the veterinary profession ensuring smooth maintenance and daily operation. As expert user you will be involved in optimisation & new developments

• Product Master Data: Perform maintenance and management of essential Master Data documents to ensure our commercial tools function with accurate up-to-date data.

• Analytics: Build and maintain essential performance reporting for key metrics of our digital tools & -Depth analytics and reporting for budgeting & future activation among different user groups.

Commercial Program & Financial Management

• Program and Coupon campaign Execution: Manage the complete lifecycle of coupon and promotional programs including setup detailed reporting and financial handling/reconciliation.

• Information Hub: Manage the general marketing mailbox serving as the central point for information flow.

• Financial administration and Budget Oversight: Purchase Order management and support the general marketing budgets specifically covering expenditures for racks and coupon programs.

Logistics Events and In-Market Execution

• Point-of-Sale (POS) & Racks: Coordinate the placement of in-clinic/store racks manage their stock inventory and handle all administrative tasks. You will also manage the ordering and stock control for generic POS materials and are in frequent contact with our team in the field.

• Veterinary Congress & Event Management: Take a key role in organizing and executing local events and congresses including managing stand logistics location booking and material preparation.

• Training Certification and Materials: Manage the printing and distribution of VNA (Veterinary Nutritional Advisor) paper certificates to our partners.

Who you are

• Digital-savvy with the ability to quickly master and maintain multiple digital operational tools and reporting

• A process-driven self-starter with proven strong administrative and project management skills.

• Comfortable managing budgets reconciling financial documents and working with complex product data systems.

• Highly organized exceptional attention to detail who can juggle complex logistical and financial tasks without error.

• A clear and effective communicator who can manage relationships with vendors internal teams and external partners.

• Good analytical skills strong Excel skills is a big plus

• Fluency in Dutch and English French is another plus

• Outstanding digital literacy with Google Tools specifically
