As aBusiness Intelligence Reporting Specialist you will design manage andoptimiseBI reporting solutions ensuring data accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders. This role empowers teams to make smarter decisions by fostering data savviness across theorganisation.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis solutions for the assignedfunction;

• Define data requirements scope and planning for variousrequests;

• Advisemanagement on strategies to achieve data and reportinggoals;

• Lead insights development connecting diverse data sources to drive effective decision-making at both operational and managementlevels;

• Facilitate discussions to prioritize data and reporting needs aligning them with the strategicobjectivesof both your function and Enza Zaden. Develop and execute training plans for users within thefunction;

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of reporting setups standards assumptions and user manuals to enhance cross-functionalcollaboration;

• Implement necessary authorizations security standards and where applicable report certification to secure and democratize data across the organization.

You will work closely with DataStewards Engineers and other BI specialists to ensure data quality and model consistency.You will report to theManager Data Analytics and Reportingand work at least2daysa week from our headquarters based inEnkhuizen.

What you bring as afuturecolleague

• Relevant BI certificates University-level education (Mastersdegree preferred) ideally in an analytics-related field.

• Proficient with BI tooling (egPowerBI) SQL ERP systems Databricks DBT Excel datavisualisationtooling statistics

• Analytical skills. Strong analytical abilities with a knack for structuring and prioritizing complex information.

• Communication and training skills. Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to educate and empower colleagues.

• Ability to structure andprioritisecomplex and diffuse information

Engage proactively with teams and knowledge platforms toidentifyand address knowledge gaps continuously improving Enza Zadens data capabilities. Working together with:

• Data Analytics & Reporting teams - Proactively collaborate in realizing the annual action plan andlonger termstrategy;

• Colleagues within the assigned function - Train educate and stimulate the use of BI tooling collectfeedbackand ensure report/dashboardimprovements;

• Data Architecture and Modelling SpecialistsData ScientistsData Engineers Platform Engineers Smart Data Platform Product Owner ManagerDatalab- Align on data modelling and data standards Ensure dataquality;

• Peers in other functions - Collaborate on creating cross functional reports share best practices ensure use of right datasources;

• Cross functional knowledge and experience platforms - Share best practices ensure standardization of views and layouts.
