Trade Marketing Manager – Sound & AV Accessories (Europe)

Were looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to take ownership of how our Sound & AV Accessories portfolio shows up in-store and online across Europe.

If you enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution working closely with retail partners and creating impactful consumer experiences this role is for you.

What youll do

- Define and execute the European trade marketing strategy for Sound & AV Accessories

- Create best-in-class in-store experiences (displays visibility demo tools)

- Design and implement planograms that bring our brand to life in retail

- Drive strong collaboration with local sales teams across European markets

- Connect online and offline retail strategies to maximize impact

- Lead retail activations product launches and customer events

- Track performance analyze data and turn insights into actions

- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI

What you bring

- 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing Marketing or Category Management

- Experience in retail consumer electronics or FMCG/durable goods

- Strong understanding of in-store execution merchandising and planograms

- Ability to translate data into clear actions and improvements

- Experience working in an international / multi-country environment

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent in English
