Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of Stratos Restaurant delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving team performance and business results.

About the Role
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Stratos Restaurant ensuring a professional efficient and profitable operation. You will lead and inspire the team deliver outstanding guest service and ensure the outlet maintains the highest standards of quality creativity and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
- Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing costs in line with budget targets
- Forecast business demands to ensure effective staffing and food production planning
- Oversee restaurant financial procedures including billing and accounting processes
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capability and service excellence
- Manage team scheduling performance reviews and coaching ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce
- Support the marketing and promotion of the outlet working with management on creative initiatives
- Collaborate on campaigns that highlight the restaurants vibrant and Instagrammable atmosphere working with local DJs artists and influencers
- Ensure smooth execution of live music entertainment and events including sound lighting and décor
- Maintain strict health safety and sanitation standards
- Build strong relationships across departments particularly with Banqueting to support hotel functions
- Lead by example through a hands-on management style that inspires the team to excel
Qualifications :
