Job Summary

Summary

The Branch Manager - Walvis Bay plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence customer satisfaction and business growth within the automotive sector.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily branch operations ensuring compliance with company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales and service strategies to meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual targets.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales consultants service advisors and technicians fostering a culture of accountability performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels ensuring timely vehicle procurement stock rotation and minimal holding costs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by addressing concerns promptly resolving complaints effectively and maintaining high service standards.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements in sales conversion service retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage branch budgeting expense control and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Coordinate with regional and corporate teams on marketing initiatives promotions and new product launches.
  • Ensure all staff are trained certified and equipped to deliver consistent high-quality service in line with brand standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders including dealerships suppliers and government authorities.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • 45 years of progressive experience in automotive retail preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with demonstrated success in team development and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers staff and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes service operations and customer service best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business management software.
  • Customer service focus with a track record of exceeding client expectations and building long-term relationships.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region as required.


Required Skills:

Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in sales customer service or a related field (automotive experience is a plus).
