Position: Sales & Operations Support Coordinator (Bilingual)
Working Hours: Full-TimeMon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (1hr lunch break)
Search Location: Global Any region but with a preference for Spanish-speaking regions
Salary: 1300-1500 USD per month
: The Final Salary Offer depends on the clients decision interview results and experience
About the Role:
We are looking for an organized motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Operations Support Coordinator. This entry-level position supports the sales team and internal departments by assisting with quotes order follow-up recurring orders backorders customer account support reporting and product/item setup requests.
Role Responsibilities:
- Entering quotes and supporting sales administration
- Reviewing backorders failed orders and open orders
- Managing recurring orders and special delivery requests
- Updating customer contract pricing
- Verifying inventory for key orders
- Supporting key customer accounts internally
- Assisting with specialty sourcing vendor setup and item setup
- Running reports and helping coordinate across departments
Requirements:
- Has at least 3 years of experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent Spoken and Written English is required
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Microsoft Office experience required
- ERP/Navision experience is a plus but not required
