Strong clerical skills - photocopying faxing typing meeting notes making travel arrangements
Creating presentation using graphics
Completing expense reports maintaining schedules plan events and coordinate meetings and events for our Sort Center Staff
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- 1 years of senior level leadership support or 2 years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination or experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience with end-to-end project management
