We are looking for a Sportsbook Operations Executive who is enthusiastic about sports sports betting and the wider gaming industry. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is keen to develop their knowledge across UK-focused sports such as football tennis cricket rugby and more.

Due to the nature of the business this role operates on a shift-based contract with coverage across evenings weekends and where required overnight periods.

The Sportsbook Operations team plays a central role in building managing and delivering a high-quality mobile betting experience. You will be working within a small fast-paced team in Malta where attention to detail curiosity and a willingness to learn are key.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and arranging attractive sports events for users to bet on in the app
• Working closely with the Customer Experience team to solve user queries
• Understanding betting markets and settling user bets
• Contributing to the development of innovative betting products
• Creating and maintaining a great user betting experience

What were looking for

• Some experience or strong interest in sports betting either as a user or in a professional setting
• Good knowledge of major UK sports and competitions
• Basic understanding of fixed odds betting and core betting principles
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with data and developing analytical skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude
