Job Description

Our client is an international online gaming and technology company operating several globally recognised entertainment platforms. Due to continued growth they are looking to strengthen their Customer Operations team with a Customer Support & Fraud Executive focused on the Dutch speaking market.

This position combines customer support responsibilities with account security fraud prevention and operational risk monitoring within a fast paced online environment.

Location: Hybrid - St Julians - morning shifts

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support and Fraud Executive your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide professional support to customers via email live chat phone and other communication channels

  • Investigate account related issues and assist users with verification payments and general platform queries

  • Review customer accounts deposits withdrawals and transactions for potential fraud or suspicious activity

  • Carry out KYC and account verification checks in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Escalate high risk or suspicious cases to the relevant internal teams

  • Monitor customer activity and identify unusual behavioural patterns

  • Maintain accurate internal records and case documentation

  • Work closely with Payments Compliance Fraud and Operations teams

  • Support responsible gaming and customer protection procedures

  • Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch and English communication skills both written and spoken

  • Previous experience within customer support fraud payments or operations is considered an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and highly regulated environment

  • Good problem solving and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Familiarity with KYC AML fraud prevention or online payments is advantageous

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly
