We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to lead and supervise our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-accuracy financial reporting developing long-term business plans managing operational budgets and providing actionable insights to senior management to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations: Monitor daily financial transactions including payroll invoicing payables and receivables and responsible for loan documentation and application for new facilities

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including Profit & Loss (P&L) and balance sheets balance sheet notes and variance analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Create financial models forecast company finances and establish budget guidelines for departments.

Cashflow planning and management: Monitor and control the groups cashflow and credit facilities to optimise utilisation

Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and tax laws (e.g. MFRS corporate tax compliance). Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Strategic Planning: Analyze company data and market trends to provide insights that support long-term business goals and cost-reduction efforts.

Team Leadership: Supervise train and mentor the finance and accounting team.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with auditors banks and senior management to present financial performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Banking or Economics or similar

Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting.

Certifications: Professional certification such as CPA ACCA CIMA or similar is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. Xero or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs pivot tables).

Soft Skills: Self motivated with strong analytical thinking excellent communication for presenting complex data to non-experts and proactive problem-solving.
