IT Executive

The Information Technology Executive is responsible for the implementation of Information Technology in the hotel in accordance with Hiltons strategies and priorities as well as measuring Information Technology costs benefits and performance in the hotel and providing this information to hotel management and the Regional Information Technology Manager.

What will I be doing

As an Information Technology Executive you will support the smooth and secure operation of all hotel IT systems while ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and supporting hotel IT systems (hardware & software)
• Troubleshooting technical issues for users and guests
• Managing system access and conducting regular user audits
• Ensuring data security backups and compliance with IT standards
• Supporting disaster recovery processes and system readiness
• Collaborating with other properties and assisting in IT improvements
• Adhering to all safety security and operational procedures

What are we looking for

An Information Technology Executive serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
University degree majoring in IT with relevant certificate(s).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Chinese to meet business needs.
