Human Resources Executive (Operations)

• Support execution of performance management programs and administer confirmation review process

• Responsible for staff movement including resignation retirement and termination processing and procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database

• Responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively

• Ensure that all reports are accurate well-structured and aligned with stakeholder requirements enabling data-driven decision-making

• To support and conduct employee engagement activities

• To assist in talent acquisition process in advertising sourcing potential candidates through various platforms and arranging interview

• Assist in handling employees disciplinary matters and documentations as and when required

• Support the payroll processing as necessary

• Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager as and when required

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent

• At least 3 years working experiences as HR generalist or talent acquisition from retail industry is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications iPayroll HR2000

• Able to handle confidential information with discretion

• A team player pro-active toward work positive mindset high integrity 

• Proficiency in English Malays and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Must willing to work at Persiaran Lagoon Sunway City Selangor
