Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and offer coordination
Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
Assist in general HR operations including employee records HR documentation and policy administration
Provide support on employee relations matters and day-to-day HR inquiries
Support performance management and HR initiatives as assigned
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Minimum 23 years of HR experience with strong exposure in recruitment
Familiar with recruitment processes and basic HR operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is an advantage
Able to work independently and work well in a team
Location: Klang Selangor
Salary: Open for negotiation
