Executive Assistant
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the calendars of the Executive Committee including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize internal and external meetings ensuring efficient use of executives time and seamless coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and action items following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality presentations decks and reports for executive-level meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate input for presentations ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects events and initiatives working closely with the Executive Committee and other stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive Committee and internal/external stakeholders representing the executives in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined approaches to enhance the efficiency of administrative operations.
- Provide general administrative support including managing email correspondence personal matters and handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interest in Web3 technologies and a desire to expand knowledge in this field.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as G Suite or Microsoft Office.
