CENTRE FOR HOLISTIC TEACHING AND LEARNING (CHTL)

L&T enhancement

The Centre is seeking a proactive and dedicated Project Officer to support a range of teaching and learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to various T&L projects across the Centre from planning to implementation;
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of multiple project activities;
• Collecting data related to project outcomes;
• Conducting literature reviews for projects;
• Organising and analysing data to support evidence-based decision-making;
• Preparing reports presentations and documentation as required; and
• Performing relevant administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline preferably in Education Educational Technology Social Sciences and Psychology with some research experience;
• At least three year of post-qualification work experience in project management or supporting project teams preferably in an educational or related environment;
• Openness to explore and learn new research topics and methods;
• Strong organisational communication and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with data analysis tools is an asset;
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment; and
• A good command of English and Chinese.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
