Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone email and chat Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and issues Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Accurately document interactions in internal systems Follow company service standards and procedures
Requirements
Dutch (C1C2 near-native Netherlands standard only) English B2 minimum Strong communication skills Basic computer literacy
