As Head of IT services you will undertake a criticalrole responsible for ensuring our IT services suppliers and technology controls operate reliably securely and in alignment with business needs. Your role will ensure that we maximise value from outsourced partners and maintain a robust cyber and operational risk posture.

The Head of IT Services is required to proactively participate in the development and delivery of functional strategy and commercial objectives always modelling appropriate leadership behaviours and demonstrating a customer first mindset. What youll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will be a an experienced IT Services professional with proven experience in the Insurance and ideally Insurance Broking addition to this you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience managing high value large IT outsourcing contracts.
• Extensive hands on experience across infrastructure networks cloud services and application management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity including vulnerability management patching governance and secure-by-design principles.
• Proven capability in managing ITILaligned service management processes (incident problem change and release management).
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as PCIDSS GDPR and FCA requirements (preferred).
• Professional certifications (ITIL CISSP CISM AWS/Azure or similar) beneficial
• Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
