Lead IT Security Analyst

Were looking for a Lead IT Security Analyst to act as the senior technical expert across our multi-site organisation supporting the Head of IT Security and strengthening our cyber resilience.

Youll play a key role in protecting systems and data across a complex multi-site IT estate leading on security operations incident response and vulnerability management while acting as a senior escalation point for the wider team.

Responsibilities;

• Lead security operations across multi-site infrastructure (SIEM EDR network security)
• Act as the senior escalation point for cyber incidents and investigations
• Drive incident response triage containment root cause analysis
• Oversee and improve vulnerability management and threat detection
• Support secure design and architecture across infrastructure and cloud changes
• Enhance and manage key security tooling and controls
• Work closely with IT infrastructure and external partners across sites
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in IT security / cyber operations
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure networks cloud and endpoint security
• Hands-on experience with SIEM EDR IAM firewalls vulnerability tools
• Confident leading incident response and technical investigations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
• Experience working in multi-site or complex environments (highly desirable)
