Management planning and coordination of activities within production or service projects to meet customer orders or needs while adhering to financial and commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is responsible for departmental operational planning and execution with some autonomy under established policies. It also allows for adjustments to procedures and work practices provided that results meet accepted standards for quality volume and timeliness.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Build and lead project teams with key stakeholders coordinating meetings and aligning responsibilities.
- Prepare project schedules and manage key deliverables across all project phases.
- Identify and manage contractors and suppliers working closely with sourcing teams until contracts are finalized.
- Organize site surveys and coordinate technical documentation for safe and efficient site execution.
- Align internal teams such as Parts Sourcing and Manpower to prevent delays and control costs.
- Support site execution by coordinating operations with site leadership and resolving technical issues to return turbines to service on time.
- Close projects financially including vendor negotiations and report performance lessons learned and project reviews.
- Contribute to LATAM OM&U strategy KPI delivery backlog reduction supplier development and collaboration with regional and global leadership.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors or technical degree with solid experience in operational execution and leadership roles.
- Proven background in project management and people leadership.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Fluent in Portuguese English and Spanish.
- Able to work autonomously influence stakeholders and drive practical effective solutions.
- Strong leadership interpersonal facilitation and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proactive analytical and business-oriented professional with cross-functional and international team experience.
