Sr Product Manager, Retail Stores

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Tax Intelligence initiative a high-impact program that leverages technology and data science to unlock significant value through tax optimization across Brazils complex fiscal landscape.

In this role you will own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for a suite of tax-driven products that optimize fulfillment decisions prevent tax-inefficient sourcing recover tax credits and ensure regulatory compliance at scale.

You will operate at the intersection of tax policy supply chain operations and technology translating Brazils intricate tax framework into scalable product solutions that generate measurable financial impact across millions of transactions.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy for tax optimization initiatives with significant contribution profit impact
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Tax Finance Supply Chain Engineering and Data Science to deliver high-impact product launches
- Own real-time decision engines that influence fulfillment routing for tax-optimal outcomes across Brazilian states
- Build and scale AI/ML-powered solutions that simulate tax scenarios and maximize net benefit across cost dimensions
- Partner with legal and tax teams to translate regulatory changes into product opportunities
- Develop metrics frameworks and business reviews to track performance across key operational dimensions
- Drive cost-to-serve optimization by identifying fulfillment inefficiencies and unlocking new savings levers

- Experience in product or program management product marketing business development or technology
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Speak write and read fluently in English

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience using SQL
