Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. This role involves designing video editing content creation managing social media platforms and executing paid promotion strategies to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Video Editing:
- Create visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for marketing campaigns.
- Edit and enhance videos for social media ads and promotional purposes.
- Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality compelling and SEO-optimized content for websites blogs and social media.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative marketing ideas.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Plan schedule and execute posts to engage target audiences.
- Paid Promotions:
- Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven 2 - 3 Years of experience in digital marketing graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Premiere Pro) Canva and social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Degree in Marketing Communication or a related field.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
