About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy analytical and proactive Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our IT Software team. This is a foundational role designed for a recent MBA graduate who is passionate about the intersection of healthcare and technology. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our innovative software solutions and the healthcare providers who need them.
As a consultant you will not just sellyou will analyze market trends identify pain points in the healthcare ecosystem and position our technical products as essential solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Strategy
    • Conduct market mapping of hospitals diagnostic centers and emergency service providers.
    • Analyze competitors in the healthcare IT space (EMR Smart Ambulance solutions Telemedicine).
    • Identify emerging trends in digital health standards and government initiatives like ABDM.
2. Sales & Lead Generation
    • Identify and reach out to prospective B2B clients through cold calling LinkedIn networking and industry events.
    • Assist in the end-to-end sales cycle from initial pitching to contract negotiations.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software.
3. Product Positioning & Marketing
    • Work closely with the software development team (Flutter Python Backend) to translate technical features into value-driven marketing collateral.
    • Create compelling presentations case studies and whitepapers for healthcare stakeholders.
    • Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns and corporate social media presence.
4. Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for new leads ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to onboarding.
    • Gather client feedback to inform future software updates and feature requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Education: Recent MBA completion (Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred).
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is a strong advantage for the Pune market.
    • Technical Savvy: A strong interest in IT; ability to understand software architectures APIs and data privacy concepts (GDPR/HIPAA/DPDP) at a high level.
    • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills resilience and a consultative approach to solving problems.
    • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools or Canva is a plus.
