The opportunity

We are looking for a Quality and Delivery Managerto lead quality delivery excellence and productivity improvement for a businesscritical internal digital solution for supporting the service business. The platform handles sensitive datasourced from multiple enterprise systems.

In this role you will go beyond traditional quality management. You will work closely with Product Owners engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable secure and predictable delivery. You will also play a key role in driving the adoption of modern AI toolsto improve team productivity and prepare the platform for future datadriven and valueadded services.

This position offers the opportunity to influence how the overall solutions is built delivered and evolved. You will help teams strengthen engineering practices improve delivery outcomes and continuously raise the quality bar while growing your leadership impact in a global R&D environment.

How youll make an impact:

• Own and drive the quality and delivery strategy for a digital solution to enable service business.

• Establish and govern quality standards delivery metrics and best practices across the SDLC.

• Ensure predictable highquality deliveries while balancing speed risk and stability. Drive shiftleft quality automationfirst thinking and continuous improvement.

• Partner closely with Product Owners on backlog readiness acceptance criteria and release decisions.

• Guide teams on testable scalable and maintainable architectures across and React solutions. Ensure securebydesign solutions and compliance with data protection and governance standards.

• Drive adoption of AIassisted tools to improve quality delivery speed and productivity.

• Actively promote Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Your background:

• Required bachelors or masters degree in engineering Computer Science or a related field with 1520 years of experience in software development quality or delivery leadership roles.

• Strong experience with Azurebased platforms and modern application architectures.

• Solid understanding and React technology stacks.

• Proven track record in quality governance and delivery management for enterprise platforms.

• Experience working closely with Product Owners and crossfunctional teams.

• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
