Assistant Manager HR
Job Summary
Assist with all internal and external HR related requests
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees records managing day -
to-day employment relations such as leaves resignation termination
emergencies grievance Maintain Employee movement register.
Understanding different provisions of local labor law with relevance to
employment etc.
Handle the recruitment process by identifying candidates performing
reference checks .
Schedule meetings interviews HR events and maintain agendas
Co-ordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Maintain monthly HR related reports (FTE turnover training metrics ESG
related to HR)
Prepare quarterly & yearly reports related to HR
Work with the finance team to provide necessary details related to budget
Depending on the companys priorities the job holder may be assigned other tasks within
