Must have skills - 2 skills which are non-negotiable	Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2026). Hands on experience in managing VMware platforms including ESXi hosts clusters and vCenter. Deep knowledge of Active Directory architecture DNS DHCP Group Policy design and replication troubleshooting. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and efficiency. Experience in security patching vulnerability management and compliance audits. Strong analytical root cause analysis and problem solving capabilities. Proven ability to manage critical incidents (P1/P2) lead war room calls and communicate with clients under pressure. Exposure to ITIL aligned incident problem and change management processes. Experience working in large scale enterprise environments with a focus on uptime and optimization. Certifications:Microsoft certifications such as MCSE MCSA or equivalent are highly preferred.
Desirable skills - 1 skill which is nice to have	Familiarity with monitoring alerting and performance analytics tools.

Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any): Lead resolution of high priority (P1/P2) incidents ensuring timely service restoration and effective communication to stakeholders and clients. Manage and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2026) and VMware infrastructure (ESXi vCenter). Troubleshoot complex issues related to Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy file and print services and user access management. Perform capacity planning performance optimization and fault analysis for Windows and virtual environments. Conduct OS level patching kernel upgrades and security hardening in compliance with IT standards. Automate recurring administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools. Plan and implement infrastructure changes backups and disaster recovery initiatives. Collaborate closely with application storage and network teams to resolve multi domain technical challenges. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation system reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Mentor and guide L2 engineers in troubleshooting methodology service delivery and client engagement. Participate in on call rotations and shift schedules to support 24 7 operations.
