Job Summary

Summary: As an Analytics Practitioner you will engage in developing business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to generate and enhance decision-making processes by modeling client market and key performance data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives while also continuously seeking opportunities to improve analytical methodologies and practices.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior professionals in analytical techniques and best practices.- Continuously assess and refine analytical processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language) Microsoft SQL Server.- Strong understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.- Experience with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
