ob Description IAM L2 Engineer
Role Summary
The candidate should be responsible for supporting monitoring and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions. This role involves executing standard operational tasks morning check list Monthly patching Vulnerability remediation and troubleshooting issues across Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Active Directory Entra Connect DNS ADFS AD LDS PKI RADIUS (NPS) GPO and handle escalations from L1 support.

Key Responsibilities

. Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM platforms (Entra ID/Azure AD AD AD LDS SSO MFA RADIUS DNS PKI).
. Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning and service requests through workflows and tools.
. Monitor and respond to incidents Automated alerts.
. Perform troubleshooting for authentication SSO MFA RADIUS GPO AD Replication AD Connect Sync and DNS.
. Administer Object in Active Directory & Entra ID MFA settings and role assignments.
. Run periodic compliance checks Clean-up activity.
. Deployment of security update on Domain Controller and other Tier-O solutions (starting from Test to Production).
. Support integration of business applications with Entra ID (SAML OpenIDOAuth).
. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) update knowledge base Server Inventory.
. Collaborate with security and compliance teams for audit readiness.


Skills & Competencies

. 34 years of IAM experience in enterprise environments.
. Strong knowledge and experience of Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) AD Connect ADFS DNS Group Policy PKI.
. Experience with SSO OAuth SAML OpenID Connect.
. Experience with MFA Conditional Access Azure Privileged Access Management (PIM). and Identity Governance.
. Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PIM).
. Troubleshooting skills in authentication AD replication DNS Group Policies Device Enrollment and federation issues.
. Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred).

Certification

. Microsoft certifications preferred (MCSA/MSCE SC-900 SC-300 AZ-104 MS-500).
