Your work profile
Global Delivery & Governance
- Manage day-to-day delivery operations for Oracle Cloud (Fusion) engagements across global delivery centers
- Support senior leadership in enforcing Deloitte delivery standards quality controls and governance frameworks
- Track delivery milestones risks dependencies and remediation plans across multiple workstreams
Oracle Cloud Delivery Management
- Oversee delivery of Oracle Fusion modules including Financials SCM.
- Coordinate offshore-onshore delivery models and ensure seamless collaboration
- Review solution designs configurations and deliverables to ensure alignment with Oracle and Deloitte best practices
Senior Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary interface between delivery teams and senior leadership (Directors/Partners)
- Prepare executive dashboards status reports and steering committee materials
- Proactively escalate delivery resource or commercial risks with mitigation options
Resource & Capacity Management
- Manage resource allocation utilization and capacity planning across the Oracle GDN
- Support staffing onboarding and transition of resources across engagements
- Identify skill gaps and work with leadership on hiring and upskilling plans
Key skills required
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience (or slightly more most JDs for similar roles expect 35 years in Fusion Procurement environment)
- Hands-on experience (or exposure) in at least one or more Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud modules (Self-Service Procurement Purchasing Supplier Portal / Supplier Management Sourcing Supplier Qualification Management Procurement Contracts)
- Strong functional understanding of procurement / supply-chain / procure-to-pay business processes (requisitioning PO creation sourcing supplier onboarding/qualification contract management purchase cycle).
- Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion functional designs/configurations.
- Good analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with business and technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment; willing to learn and adapt as business and system requirements evolve.
