Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Provides technical process and operational expertise for the Business Support with IT engineers to understand planned implementation of new releases gauge user impact and assisting with testing prior to incident reports to analyze types of user issues and to discover root cause of common examines potential issues prior to the logging of tickets and delivers on operational tickets to evaluate the types of tickets submitted resolved and rejected looking for trends and opportunities to improve the teams overall ticket trends and proactively tries to foresee future needs / end-to-end support on the resolution of complex issues from problem identification evaluation solution generation testing and deployment through to evaluation and issue complex and challenging issues associated with hardware software and application installation configuration operation and overall system design from a Business Support and end-user ease-of-use coordinate the activities of multiple team system hardware software applications and other components are maintained upgraded and assessed on a routine and consistent basis.You will be successful in this role if you have:
