HR Business Partner

From overseeing HR systems to supporting key initiatives in onboarding learning and development and global mobility you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience and driving organizational success.
We offer genuine Business Partnering roles where success is built on effective 1:1s with managers and employees through the coaching of individuals and utilization of insights to drive organizational addition to hands on business partnering the roles are also responsible for the design and delivery of a number of cyclical and ad hoc HR projects. What you will do:
- Assist the team in maintaining accurate HRIS payroll data and related tools associated with HR operations.
- Oversee all stages of employment life cycle including drafting contracts onboarding staff movements relocations and terminations.
- Conduct onboarding check-ins for new joiners at 3 weeks 3 months and 5 months with a 5-month manager review.
- Champion organizational culture by driving diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts and promoting a sense of belonging.
- Implement strategies to strengthen workplace culture and ensure alignment with company values.
- Leverage HR systems to maintain accurate records and generate insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with HR administration to ensure efficient execution of HR processes like payroll updates and compliance.
- Plan and manage L&D sessions as required Collaborate with the HR team and the business representatives to plan and coordinate the Internship program and Trading/Software Engineering onboarding programs including creation of projects mentor engagement training sessions and feedback delivery.
- Partner with other global IMC offices to facilitate transfers/secondments including offers contracts relocation and visas. Regularly update HR policies to ensure alignment with best practices and legal changes.
- Participate in final-round interviews to assess the suitability behavioural fit of new talent for the organization.
Who you are:
- A Bachelors degree or higher level of education in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in HR Business Partnering with a proven track record in improving HR processes and driving employee experience.
- Demonstrated experience in L&D initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
