Full Stack Web Developer

The Commerce team at Calix is seeking a strategic thinker team player and self-motivated problem solver to help drive our growing team. The commerce team is tasked with some of the most significant and impactful company initiatives and we need your help to drive our efforts to design develop and manage the systems and processes that will enable Calix to quickly execute on our strategy. If you are passionate about full-stack development with focus on ReactJS and NodeJS lean software practices UI/UX web development performance optimization security best-practices and emerging technologies like AI/ML in Commerce and making significant contributions that provide real tangible results we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop front-end (ReactJS) and back-end (AWS Lambda NodeJS) features and functionality.

• Maintain our direct sales quoting e-commerce & subscription management infrastructure.

• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to the development team.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience with modern full stack web development including ReactJS and NodeJS.

• Experience with GraphQL Apollo Recoil Redux Storybook.

• Experience developing web applications using any cloud platform services (AWS Lambda Azure Functions GCP Cloud Functions etc.).

• Experience with AWS Cloud Services - Lambda AppSync API Gateway S3 Cloudwatch etc.

• Experience with Test Automation frameworks - Mocha Jest Cypress Vitest Junit etc. React testing library and CI/CD Automation.

• Demonstrated experience successfully building and shipping customer facing web applications.

• Successful track record of collaboration with North American counterparts.

• Strong and effective English skills required both spoken and written.

Good to have:

• Fundamental Understanding of Salesforce Oracle CPQ and Salesforce CPQ.

• Experience working(ed) in E-commerce space / projects.

• Product configuration (Oracle CPQ Cloud Salesforce CPQ Conga CPQ etc.).

• Subscription management systems (Salesforce Billing Zuora Stripe etc.) and Order Management Systems (Oracle ERP SAP ERP etc.).

• E-Commerce Customer Self Service and (Apex API SOQL etc.).

• Client-Side Issue Monitoring (Bugsnag Walkme etc.)

• Docusign Integration

• India (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
