Job Title: Client Servicing Officer IWPB GIFT City
Location: GIFT City Gandhinagar
Role purpose
- Support clients at GIFT City by delivering timely accurate and high-quality servicing across transactions and account maintenance. The role focuses on managing increasing service volumes while ensuring excellent client experience strong controls and regulatory compliance within the IFSC ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary servicing point of contact for IWPB clients at GIFT City ensuring responsive and professional client engagement.
- Manage end-to-end processing and coordination for client requests including:
- Remittances (inward/outward) payment instructions and related follow-ups
- Fixed deposit (FD) booking renewals closures and rate/tenor confirmations
- Account servicing requests (KYC updates mandate changes documentation statements service queries)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Operations Relationship Managers Branch/Service teams) to resolve requests within agreed TATs.
- Maintain accurate records trackers TAT and client outcomes; highlight bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Support client onboarding and post-onboarding servicing readiness (documentation checks process guidance client education on channels/forms).
- Handle escalations professionally ensuring root-cause analysis and closure with clear client communication.
Experience and qualifications
- 37 years experience in client servicing/operations within Wealth Retail Banking Private Banking or similar.
- Experience in handling remittances and deposit servicing is essential; exposure to IFSC/GIFT City operations is a strong advantage.
- Graduate degree required; relevant banking/finance certifications are a plus.
