- Indepthunderstandingofhardwareandsoftwarelifecycle management
- Strongexposuretocompliancetrackingandvendoraudits
- ExperienceinmanagingandconfiguringITAMtoolsintegration with UCMDB
- Abilitytotrackandreportsoftwarelicensecompliance contracts and warranties
- FamilaritywithautodiscoveryandintegrationwithAD NMSetc
- Basicscripting/queryingskillsforreportingandautomation
Responsibilities :
- Configure and administer ITSM tools and maintain asset database integrity
- Overseeassetonboardingtrackingandretirementprocesses
- Reconcilephysicalvsrecordedassetinventory
- Designandimplementassetworkflowsandapprovalmechanisms
- PreparedashboardsperformanceandSLAreports
- Provideusersupporttrainingandknowledgemaintenance
- Coordinate with OEMs or higher-tier support for complex issues
- Undertake maintenance activities as per banks requirement
- Review device health status
- Review alarms/events
- Provide compliance and audit reports to stakeholders
