Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading projects from planning to successfullaunch andensuringsustained BusinessinSeries Production
Project planning and management including the creation of detailed project and milestone plans based on the Stage/Gate process and ensuringontimeexecution
Responsible for complete Project Budget planning and tracking the expenditures .
Track project performanceidentifydeviations from planned targets and take corrective actions to keep the project on track.Evaluate project processes and performance identify areas for improvement and execute changes effectively to enhance project efficiency

Qualificationand Education Requirements:
Successfully completed studies (university / technical college) in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive manufacturingExperience:
58 years of experience in the mechanical industry with a strong background in project management. Proven ability to work in diverse crossfunctional and international teams.
Preferred Skills/Special Skills:Proven ability to work in diversecrossfunctional and international teams.
Strong communicationandteamwork skills coordination stakeholder management skillsandconfident ofhandling conflict situations.
Independent structured andable to handle Project responsibilities
Experience in handling transformation or largescale implementation projects is preferred
Preferred Skills/Special Skills:
MS Project
Very goodspoken and written English skills
German Language will be added advantage
