Digital Cross-Sell Engine Design contextual cross-sell and upsell journeys across platforms Drive exposure of full Tata Tele portfolio across 50K customer base
2. Product Discovery & Customer Journeys Embed intelligent product discovery across onboarding usage billing and support journeys Integrate connectivity cloud and SaaS offerings into lifecycle journeys
3. Platform Growth Experiments Run structured experiments on: Offers Bundles Recommendations Upgrade journeys Optimize conversion adoption and engagement metrics
4. Referral & Ecosystem Monetization Build and scale referral programs and partner ecosystem offers Unlock additional revenue streams across platforms
5. CX Revenue Integration Align growth initiatives with customer journeys and experience design Ensure monetization does not compromise CX
Expected Outcomes XXCr incremental digital revenue (Year 1 design Year 2 scale) Increased multi-product adoption across SME base Improved platform engagement and feature discovery Transformation of platforms from service interface growth engine Key Attributes - Should be Customer-centric: empathetic and curious with an ability to internalize the point of view of our customer and exhaustively represent their wants needs and pain points
