We are currently hiring for the position of Associate HR Recruiter. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn and references
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and basic technical understanding
- Coordinate interview rounds with candidates and internal teams
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and status updates
- Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring tracker
- Scan and upload employee documents in their folders properly.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines
- Maintain proper documentation of candidate details in the system
- Provide a good candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- 01 years of experience (freshers with internships can apply)
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to handle multiple positions and follow-ups
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ATS tools like Zoho Recruit
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
