Role Overview
Cat Digital is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of an enterprise integration platform that connects dealer systems ERP platforms and digital products across Caterpillars global ecosystem.
This role owns the product vision roadmap and execution for a highscale integration service that enables APIs eventdriven integrations and data sharing at enterprise scale. You will work closely with engineering architecture and business stakeholders to deliver reliable scalable integration capabilities.
What You Will Do
Own the Product Vision
- Define and execute the roadmap for an enterprisegrade integration platform.
- Translate business and technical needs into clear product outcomes.
- Balance platform scalability reliability and speed of delivery.
Drive Delivery Excellence
- Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple integration initiatives.
- Define clear requirements acceptance criteria and success metrics.
- Partner with engineering to ensure quality reliability and operational readiness.
Lead Through Influence
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product engineering data and IT.
- Act as the voice of the customer and platform users.
- Influence architectural and delivery decisions without direct authority.
Enable Platform Governance
- Drive consistent integration standards and patterns.
- Reduce technical fragmentation and promote reuse.
- Ensure security reliability and performance expectations are met.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management.
- Strong experience with platform products integrations APIs or distributed systems.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise platforms ERP ecosystems or largescale integrations.
- Familiarity with cloudbased integration architectures.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or dealercentric environments.
