Senior Staff Consultant, ,Product Manager, Atlassian Solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience: 7.5 years
• Strong experience in Product Management Product Planning and Roadmapping
• Expertise in Agile project scoping backlog management sprint planning and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira Confluence)
• Strong domain knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Planning and Execution
• Experience defining product strategy OKRs roadmaps and delivering complex products
• Strong analytical communication and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and drive product strategy roadmap and execution for supply chain planning products
• Collaborate with business engineering and data teams to deliver customer and business value
• Define product success metrics manage product backlogs and prioritize features
• Lead product discovery MVP development and validation of new capabilities
• Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming and release planning activities
• Manage dependencies risks and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams
• Drive continuous improvements in product performance adoption reliability and scalability
• Balance business priorities technical debt and platform enhancements to maximize product value
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions that support omnichannel retail and supply chain operations
• Champion a customer-first approach and continuous product innovation

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related fields
