Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters including workforce planning employee relations and organizational development.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract hire and retain top talent.
  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies and manage recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful hiring.
  • Payroll and Benefits Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and manage all aspects of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee benefits administration including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks.
  • Develop and manage HR policies procedures and systems to ensure efficient HR operations compliance with FACTORY and CORPORATE laws and reporting requirements.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Implement leadership development programs to build and sustain a high-performance workforce.
  • Develop and oversee performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and career development plans.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to drive performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable FACTORY AND CORPORATE Laws regulations and company policies.
  • Manage HR-related risk and implement strategies to mitigate potential legal and financial liabilities.

Candidates Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience preferably within the manufacturing and corporate sector.
  • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition Employee Lifecycle Payroll management HR Operations and employee relations in Corporate & Plant Setup
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive HR initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian factory laws and regulations along with corporate.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualification:

  • Education: A Masters degree in HR.
